Why did I write The Camera Never Lies? The story came to me when I was thinking about the concept of honesty – a sometimes forgotten element of our modern society of fake news, Instagram filters and Photoshop.
At the heart of this story are characters facing secrets they’d prefer were kept out of the light. They learn that honesty brings with it not just peace, but also a sense of ownership of life.
